Friday 3rd of October 2025
Leaving from the suburbs of Adelaide we travelled north to Clare and out to Highway 1 through Crystal Brook before having a break at the Tin Man (near Port Pirie).
We headed back inland through Germein Gorge Road and before heading back to the highway through Horrocks Pass.
On route to Quorn (Flinders Ranges Way) the footage was cut short as my Go Pro mount failed. As I spent some time looking for the Go Pro and backtracked around 10km, once found I decided to just throw it in the bag and continue on to Quorn.
Once settled into The Quorn Caravan Park, we had dinner at The Transcontinental Hotel across from the ANZAC wire mesh sculptures in the main street of Quorn.
