This series covers the construction of my settlement at Finch Farm. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects with some additional assets being spawned using Console Commands.
In the fourth part of the series I create a terraced house along with a raised deck area to allow cargo to be moved from the docks up to the marketplace. These will be built in the next two parts.
