Alleged underworld boss, Nafiz Modack and former rugby player, turned debt collector Zane Killian will have to answer to the charge of the murder of top Anti-Gang Unit (AGU) detective, Charl Kinnear.
This comes after their bid failed to have charges against them withdrawn in the Western Cape High Court. Modack, Killian and thirteen others are on trial in the High Court in Cape Town on over 100 charges which include murder, attempted murder, and contravening the Prevention of Organised Crime Act.
