Описание: In this video, we experience a real day in the life of an elderly grandmother in the heart of Southern Iran, where she begins her cold morning by kneading dough with her tired hands, preparing fresh bread on the saj — a skill she has mastered over the years and continues to do with love and patience.

Along with the bread, she prepares a simple traditional breakfast of eggs and tomatoes.
Her playful little granddaughter spends the day with the lambs, always by her grandmother’s side, learning life’s values through everyday rural experiences.

Later, she prepares a traditional lunch by grilling fish, and also prepares rice and salad to go with it, taking her time to prepare the food with care, just as she’s done all her life.

She then goes out to tend to her sheep, feeding them, cleaning their space, and bringing fresh water from the spring. Nomadic life can be difficult, but it’s also filled with inner peace.

In this video, we take you on a genuine journey into rural and nomadic life in Southern Iran, where traditions are still alive, and people live close to the land and nature.
