Covid-19 Cooking Class #6
Yummo, one of my favourite homemade recipes. I use a tablespoon of Keen’s curry powder but if you like it mild, just use 2 teaspoons. Another great meal for those cold winter nights. This is a good one to precook and vacuum seal to take away camping and heat up after happy hour.
INGREDIENTS:
Bulk tray of think sausages
3 carrots sliced
2 green apples diced
1 onion diced
1 cup frozen vegetables (peas, corn & carrots)
1T olive oil
1 tablespoons of Keens curry powder
3 cups beef stock liquid (add more if sauce seems dry)
Season to taste (S&P)
Boiled rice to serve
Cooking: an activity to entertain whilst in lockdown.
