I've never used a VHS plugin, but I've mixed to a VCR before. The best part is what happens to the low-end. Such a beautiful unique distortion, and this new plugin from AudioHertz does it quite well.
I try it on a few different sources, but I'm most inspired when its on the mixbus. All the controls working together. A little grit from the preamp, swirling wow & flutter. Its really incredible.
