HOW TO MAKE THE FALERNUM
Step one : Make Ginger Lime Clove and Almond essences.
Mix together 3.8 gr of essential oils (or aroma for the almond) with 75 gr of 95% alcohol.
Stir to combine and bottle up.
Step 2 : Flavoring
In a container, add 350 ml of light white rum
add 1.5 ml of ginger essence
0.6 ml of lime essence
0.6 ml of almond essence
0.4 ml of clove essence
0.3 gr of malic acid
Stir to combine and add:
420 ml simple syrup (1:1 by weight)
35 ml water
Stir to combine and bottle up.

0.5 oz Falernum
0.25 oz Creole Shrub
0.75 oz Lime juice
Barspoon Rich Cane syrup
