"The Cost of Love" is an original Stage Play written and directed by Sheila G. Evans, author of several Christian-themed works, including the book, "A Soul's Reflections."
Synopsis: Resurrection Sunday is approaching. During this same season, slightly more than a year ago, Renee Jones found deliverance from her demons of addiction. Now her family, once again, finds themselves, in turmoil -- confronted with a past they thought was long gone. Can they hope to rediscover a Love so great that it goes to great depths to rescue a lost soul?
Created in 2020, the Play's performance was halted due to the unexpected emergence of the Covid Pandemic. In 2023 the play was reprised. Several roles were recast, and the production finally took to the stage in April of 2023.
This light-hearted, yet thought provoking work is suitable for in-home viewing for any occasion.
