Avgorou
Avgorou is one of the biggest ‘red soil’ villages on the east coast and is the main agriculture and animal farming area. It has many Byzantine & Post Byzantine churches and is home to both the Ethnographic Museum and Cyherbia Botanical Park & Labyrinth. The village has a mix of local Cypriots and expats and is within a short drive to the many beaches in the area making it ideal for both permanent living and holidays.
