From 1 July 2021, applicants for the Australian Significant Investor Visa (SIV) and Investor Visa (IV) who invest in SIV-compliant funds will be required to attached a fund audit to their application. SIV fund managers now need to engage an external auditor to conduct a compliance audit of their fund/s annually.
