This is the set up I prefer to keep my team organized, to keep the right players fit for matches and to help as many players as possible, reaching their max potential. The most important thing to understand about this organisation is; it allows you to get max out of training, but stil be able to keep your best players fit. The 2. and 3.team will take the punch when you need them too, and in the same time as doing you a favour of keeping the 1.team fit, they will also grow more and have higher sharpness if called upon.
Short and easy:
1. Create your preferred formation with instruction and the first choice line up.
2. Create two new team sheets with your 2. and 3. line up
3. Set your weekly schedule as the video shows. (training day, rest day intermittent training)
4. Play training drills til you have a good grade (B at least)
5. Check the calender, flick right analog (when in the squadmenu) Decide who to do the training that day
You now have focus on boosting the sharpness and moral in the schedule. Leaving you in charge of fitness. You have 3 line ups to switch between, keeping you in complete control of who will be fit for every game.
( keep in mind: In a scenario were you have played a game, and you now have two sessions before next match. Let the 2 team do the first session and the 3. team/youth players do the last training session before a game. (as long as you are planning to play your best team of course)
