Boarding a Boeing 737-800 at Calgary International. Just a quiet moment before takeoff. The sounds of the jet, the cold morning air, the slow walk up the gate. Simple, but heavy with anticipation.
As a neurodivergent traveler, boarding is one of the rare moments I feel fully present. Everything else fades, and it’s just me and the motion.
This is another small but real moment from my solo travel series.
