Opposition Leader Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic fire incident at SCB Medical College, Cuttack. In an official statement, he conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of those critically injured. Naveen Patnaik also demanded that the injured receive the best possible medical treatment.
He has directed the Cuttack Mayor and the Tangi–Choudwar MLA to immediately reach the incident site and ensure every form of assistance is provided to the affected patients and families.
