My Reference System Stage 8 (latest)

Описание: Some time have passed since my last update, so here is my reference system at its latest form.

There is still a lot that passes under the radar on this room, Stein H2 Harmonizers (2) paired with 5 Blue Suns. Blue Fuses from Synergistic Research (these are a must have !!!!). Furutech NCF Boosters, Be aware most people don't know they ARE directional and the cable high IS IMPORTANT Reviewers Wanna Be; please try this at home before finalizing your reviews on this gadget !!!

Power cables at the power amps, are the new Shunyata Research Alpha EF (this cable is a revelation for the price !!)

Speaker cables, are the Van Den Hull Cumulus, what a surprise ...

Synergistic Research Ground bar and Ground cables on every component.

Now a description of the system;

The source (Aurender W20) connects to the Scarlatti Clock through a USB Kimber Select KS-2436 (I had the chance recently to compare this cable with another from a very respectable brand ... and this sounded much better, the other cable costs 3 times the retail price of this one).

The Scarlatti clock connects to the Upsampler through a single ended Transparent Reference 2 Digital interconnect

The Scarlatti upsampler connects to the Scarlatti DAC via a dual AES/EBU connection, using two Audioquest Wild Digital Balanced interconnects.

All the referred components are also connected to the clock via 3 Audioquest Diamond BNC digital interconnects

Connection between the DAC and the Nagra Preamp is made with a balanced Kubala Sosna Emotion

Connection between the Nagra Preamp and the Accuphase monos is also made with Kubala Sosna Emotion interconnects

Connection between the Nagra Preamp and the Subs is made using Audioquest Sub 3 (balanced)

At the bottom of the room, I'm using one Power plant for each channel (amp and sub), each Power Plant is running at 44% of its load (with the amps running bellow 100W that is...).

The white rug, chairs and puffs at the back of the room (where I have the vinyl and the Naim system on display) are all new part of the Aroeira sound lab V2

Cinema also suffered a significant upgrade;

Source now is an Oppo 205
Processor is a 3070 from Yamaha 7.2.4
Projector is the brand new VPL-VW550ES 4K from Sony
Atmos Speakers are from Beale street audio

I think its about it for now, I ll come up with a few updates as they come to mind ;)
