Every once in a while, you need to unplug and let the road reset you. So my wife, our dog Max, and I took a road trip from San Diego to the Arizona desert—a few hours of open highway that led us to our friend’s property tucked away in the quiet, sun-soaked landscape. 🌵✨
We spent our days exploring the property, cooking outside, and watching Max run around like he owned the place. At night, the sky opened up—no noise, no city glow—just stars and stillness. This trip reminded us how healing it is to slow down, get outside, and spend intentional time together.
