Climbing 2x Higher than the Burj Khalifa - 1640m | Jebel Jais UAE Sunrise Adventure

Описание: I was up at 3:30am, boots on, coffee down, helmet clipped — and straight onto the MT-07 into pitch-black mountain roads.

Jebel Jais at that hour is a different world: cold air cutting through your jacket, the smell of the desert, the engine echoing off the rock. Pure freedom.

Halfway up, things got… interesting.
I dropped the bike on the side of the mountain and snapped a couple of parts — nothing major, but definitely not how I planned to start the day. Still, I picked it up, got moving again, and pushed on to chase the sunrise.

By the time the light hit, I’d climbed higher than the clouds — and almost 2× higher than the Burj Khalifa — hiking to the highest public point in the UAE at 1640m.
Goats on the trail, an abandoned sledge hidden in a trespass zone, light hitting the ridges — it had everything.

Wrapped the descent with breakfast at the highest restaurant in the country, then cruised back down those winding roads and ended the day with a chilled coffee in DIFC with a friend.
The perfect mix of chaos and calm.
