Arlo wireless HD camera

I’m currently using 4 arlo cameras; Each take four (4) Lithium CR123 Photo batteries which I purchased at Menards).
I’ve been using the Lithium batteries for a couple of years and it can get expensive because each battery costs about $4.50 each. So, I cut over to rechargeable batteries from Amazon. In this case the batteries are Rapthor rechargeable batteries and - so far I’m happy with the results.
This base station is a netgear base station from Arlo model number VMB3500.
Here you have the power, internet connection and camera connection.
Once the batteries are loaded and you’ve connected your base station to your wireless internet. You hold down the button on top of the camera until it starts blinking blue.
The Arlo camera I’m using can be installed using 2 different mounts. The sample here is a wall mount (show ½ dome). For this mount I installed it on a ‘garage-port’ metal frame using a self-tapping screw. Then I just slid the mount over the screw. The camera has a strong magnet and you attach the it to the mount, like this:
There are several places I place the cameras and I’ll show a couple of evening videos and 1 daytime video.
I like the portability, flexibility of camera placement, free video is available for a week on the internet (if you want more time you’ll have to pay a fee)
I didn’t like the slow trigger time and the grainy appearance of nighttime figures. If you need clarity from this particular camera, it would have to be daytime. You will need a security sign along with the camera if you want to deter crime, because the camera is has a low profile.
