You won't believe it ! Cooking the most amazing pistachio baklava over a fire !

Описание: My family and I were craving baklava, so I decided to make a delicious homemade baklava with pistachios we picked ourselves from the farm.

So I washed the pistachios I wanted to use for baklava and let them dry. Then I cracked them and removed the kernels. Using the baklava dough, I prepared the baklava ingredients and baked it over a fire.

Making delicious pastries like baklava in the countryside with organic ingredients is a bit difficult, but it's enjoyable.


I am Sophia and I share moments of my rural life and my family with you good people.
