Meet the Developer Success Lead — Sergei Stralenia

"I think any developer experiences this — when you stop making features and start working with people. And I've discovered that I like working with people more than doing some technical stuff." – Sergei.

This year Sergei changed his position — now he is a Developer Success Lead. He shares knowledge with the teammates and helps them grow their skills.

One of his main ideas is to improve mentorship processes at Paralect and motivate the tech team not only to learn, but also to teach.
