Ingredients for Spicy Peas Namkin/Namkeen

Green peas/ Matar - 250 gms
Hing/ Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Aamchur/Mango powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera Dhania (Cumin Coriander) powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying

Serving:
Store it in an airtight container after cooling it and consume within 1 month.
