I know this footage exists on youtube already.
I happen to own the bootleg dvds this material comes from, got them through a connection at Kiss FAQ in the early 2000's, and the footage is slightly better quality than the yellow tinted videos uploaded before. The only problem I discovered was that the footage has this odd skip/stutter in it which I do not remember being in there before. But these are very old dvds, about 20 years old, so that could have been result of wear on the disks.
