Ingredients:
Peanut sesame filling:
55g Raw peanuts with skin
40g Raw white sesame
30g Sugar
40g Peanut butter
Oil, if peanut butter is very thick and not spreadable

Pastel orange sweet potato dough:
98-110g Glutinous rice flour
26-30g Orange sweet potato, steamed
40g Water
32g Tenderizer
6g Canola oil

Tenderizer:
20g Glutinous rice flour
15-20g Water

Ginger milk soup:
780g Full fat whole milk
20g Sugar
6g Ground ginger powder or 16–20g Fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
