It seems to me many people in the gun/ prepper community are always talking down on firearms, tactics, etc. Some people do it base on their own experiences or likes. However, I think it is important to understand every gun and tactic have their downfalls. Essentially, we need to understand those downfalls and establish ways to mitigate them. A great example is the Glock sights, which are horrible in my opinion. A quick fix is getting some reliable and dependable sights such as Trijicon and replace them. I think the same concepts goes for self defense tactics. As a responsible gun owner, you should identify vulnerabilities in your self defense plan and mitigate them.
