miniMonster | upgrading the mini CNC prototype

current prototype specs:

280mm x 300mm x 110mm travel
Solid and heavy machined aluminium frame.
80-90kg total machine weight (without stand).
1510 ground ball screws from NSK.
15mm preloaded linear guides from rexroth.
mechanical machine staightness and squareness is better than 15 microns over the entire machines.
200w and 400w ac servo from omron using ethercat.
80mm 4kw 40000rpm HSK25e spindle from echotech
20mm thick aluminium table has 3 zero point positions plus 2 positions for the index block or 4th axis.
Rapid speeds set at 42m/m, cutting feeds set at 30m/m, acceleration set at 0.65G
servos track at 30m/m better than 15 microns
control is linuxcnc 2.9.4
