Shown here is a recording of Diamond Telecommunications of Anchorage, Alaska relaying the annual Statewide Amber Alert Test on September 10, 2009. Unfortunately, the only surviving footage of this particular relay is their "Tune to Channel 20" screen (because the asshole who recorded this gave zero shits on tuning to channel 20... probably because he was a "Garfield and Friends" fanatic).

And of course, we can't forget the usual "Fair Use" disclaimer at the end of each description. In this case, I'm not the owner of "Garfield and Friends", because if I were, I'd probably be taking selfies with Jim Davis by now. Fair use... duh.
