Ingredients:
PART 1 (RICE)
2 cups - Japanese Rice
2 cups - Water

Sushi Rice Vinegar
¼ cup - Rice vinegar
4 tsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Salt

PART 2 (CUCUMBER)
1nos - Japanese Cucumber - Cut into thick slices
1 tbsp - Salt
1 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp - Vinegar
1 tsp - Sesame Oil
1 tsp - Soy sauce
2 - Bird Eye chilies


PART 3 (SALMON)
2 tbsp - Japanese soy sauce
2 tsp - Brown Sugar
2 tsp - Honey
1 tsp - Vinegar
1 tsp - Sesame Oil
1 clove - Garlic
15 gm - Ginger
250gm - Salmon


PART 4 (GARNISH)
Chilli oil
Tobiko
Ginger Pickle
Pickle cucumber
