I ( Riley Byrne )was born with Pectus Excavatum and managed to fix my condition through exercise & bodybuilding without surgery and I want to help others do the same.

A typical person with Pectus Excavatum has tight chest muscles, poor upper body strength and bad posture. Exercise can correct all of these problems, thus greatly improving the appearance of your body. Furthermore I believe that partaking in specific exercises with strict form, and a mind muscle connection combined with manipulated breathing can stretch your sternum out and pull your ribcage in which will eventually reduce the extent of your Pectus.

Studies show that people with Pectus Excavatum commonly have a compromised cardiac function, I personally found that my cardio respiratory endurance was weakened from Pectus. Therefore I believe it is important to partake in cardiorespiratory training!
Whilst performing cardiorespiratory activities, in particularIy jogging, it is important to control and focus on your breathing and correct posture. If you experience discomfort and pain be sure to consult your doctor.

For people with Pectus Excavatum it is extremely hard to achieve a physique they are happy with, not only because of the sunken chest but also because of the flared ribs and ‘pot belly’ associated with it. Low body fat helps reduce the extent of the pot belly, Therefore it is important to get low body fat levels in order to transform your body!
Dropping body fat can be done through a combination of resistance and cardiorespiratory training.

High Intensity Interval Training and sprints are also great forms of exercise to drop body fat and transform your body! I recommend a mix of all forms of training in your weekly workout routine, with a primary focus on weight training to gain maximal improvements in your Pectus condition.

Building a lean muscular physique will enable you to transform your body and fix pectus by masking the sunken chest appearance and rib flare through bodybuilding & exercise without surgery
