AS WITH ANY RECIPE PLEASE SEASON IT ACCORDING TO YOUR DESIRED TASTE!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
4. Sweet potatoes/cooked and cooled
1. Cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown butter/ cooled down
1. Cup evaporated milk
1. Teaspoon maple extract
Mix to combine ingredients
Then taste to see if it is to your liking!
If satisfied then add
2. Beaten large eggs
NOTE:
After tasting it, before adding the eggs
If you want more sugar or maple extract
Then add it before adding the raw beaten eggs!
Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven
45 minutes to an hour or until the center does not jiggle when you shake the baking pan!
