Okay clickbait aside, I actually had a super fast game of billy on stream the other day, and then was informed that it was apparently the world record. I submitted it and it seems like it's the fastest public game 4K recorded. I'm sure this record could be beat, or maybe already has been and just not been submitted, but I thought you'd enjoy the game anyway.
