How to make hummus quick and easy with the Cuisinart Easy Prep Pro or Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro.
Items required :
400g tin of chick peas, drained & reserved
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tbsp tahini paste
Juice ½ lemon
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
Pinch sea salt
2-4 tbsp tinned chickpea water
DIRECTIONS:
Place all the ingredients into the bowl of your food processor.
Process until smooth and creamy, adding more chickpea liquid if needed.
Check seasoning before serving with fresh crusty bread
