This fall, I gathered with some of my dearest friends and herbal luminaries—Rosemary Gladstar, Helen Ward, Nicole Telkes, and Kathi Langelier—to reconnect with what sustains us. We found ourselves in the heart of nature, surrounded by the grounding presence of Hawthorne, nettle, ginkgo, and elder, sharing stories of resilience and joy.
