This video shows how to replace axles, bearings and the freebody on the Bracciano 4-bearing type hub. The front wheel is the same for the now-retired Bracciano A27 (5-bearing type on the rear wheel) and the bearings are different sizes but the procedure is the same.
The method we have chosen for this video is the hammer and socket method. There are other methods which may be employed, but require more equipment. This method is quick, easy and provides good control.
If you do not have experience working on hubs like this or replacing bearings, please take the wheel to a local shop. Over-driving a bearing can easily cause damage to the internals and reduce the lifespan of the bearing.
Bearings:
Front - 2x (699-2RU)
Rear - (6802-2RU) + (6902-2RU)
We use Japanese EZO brand. You can also source bearings locally from whatever brands are available. -2RU refers to a seal type with non-contact rubber seals. You can use other seal types, with -2RS being the most common and cheapest. It's not quite as low rolling resistance, but it is an acceptable alternative.
