The US President Donald Trump is on his way to the Davos World Economic Forum. He is not expecting a warm reception from many of his European allies who are in attendance, who are opposing his attempts to take over Greenland. The day before, French President Emmanuel Macron answered his tariff threats saying he preferred "respect to bullies", and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney sided with European members of NATO, saying Canada was committed to the alliance's article 5.
