While a very quick 3-day trip to Germany for me, I did manage to visit a 2nd park after Hansa, that being Heide Park about an hour south of Hamburg! This is actually one of the rare European parks that have a significant amount of roller coasters, with a total of 9. One of their most known is the 2011 B&M dive coaster, Krake! While definitely being on the smaller side height wise for a dive (only 134ft. tall), it features one of the most impressively themed "bottom of the drop", where you get swallowed by an incredible looking Kraken! Does the theme make up for its lack of height, or is it still overall just an ok experience? It's the first of four different roller coaster reviews from Heide Park! Enjoy!
