In this video, I present an AI-First Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system focused on the Healthcare Professional (HCP) module, designed from the perspective of a life sciences field representative.
The demo covers the complete end-to-end architecture, including:

🔹 Dual interaction modes: structured form and AI-powered conversational chat
🔹 A FastAPI backend with documented REST APIs (Swagger)
🔹 A LangGraph-based AI agent managing HCP interaction workflows
🔹 Integration with Groq LLMs (gemma2-9b-it) for summarization and intent extraction
