Armed with just her bike tools and a few clothes, she headed to New York and from there, followed wherever the warmer weather took her.

When we launched in 2006, The Bike Insurer was the world’s first dedicated motorbike insurance comparison site.

Our founder, a biker, was tired of price comparison websites only catering to car drivers – it wasn’t fair. He decided to do something about it and that’s how The Bike Insurer was born.

Over a decade later, we’ve evolved past existing purely to help bikers find the cheapest insurance in the quickest and easiest way. Now, we want to continue helping riders by sharing our experiences, biker hacks and other exciting motorbike-related content.
