Описание: This session shares the story behind building Kids' Club Spanish School, an online business dedicated to helping young children learn Spanish through live, interactive classes. We’ll explore how we created a mission-driven EdTech platform that connects children from around the world with native Spanish-speaking teachers in Latin America and Spain.

From the early challenges of developing a curriculum, training teachers remotely in our very specific yet successful method, and building trust with parents, to designing systems that support a fully remote, international team, we’ll walk through the key steps, lessons learned, and guiding principles that shaped our journey. Attendees will gain insight into how we used technology to bridge geographic and cultural gaps, created flexible and engaging learning experiences, and built a sustainable, scalable business that makes language learning fun and accessible from anywhere.
