I knew this day was coming and so did everybody else, still a shock though. I don't think ANYONE is going to buy these stores and either WHSmith will put that part of the business in administration or just shut the unprofitable ones and leave them vacant till the lease is over etc etc
Often ranked the worst or second worst for customer service the British pulic actually hate this company for poor customer service terrible upkeep and high prices. for the last 20 plus years it has squeezed all the pennies it could and now it could all be over affecting hundreds of shops and thousands of staff.
