This is a centre for both Army and Navy officer Selection.
It has got two boards for Army, 17 SSB and 24 SSB and one board for Navy that is 12 SSB.
Selection Centre South is equipped with good facilities to make a comfortable and memorable stay for the candidates.
It has got Indoor and out games, excellent dormitories, mess, canteen, CSD facility, Telephone, Internet, Reading, TV etc.
There are local markets nearby hence there is facility of ATM in the vicinity.
Candidates who apply for different types of entries of Army and Navy may get an SSB here, like the CDSE, Naval entries, 10+2 B.Tech etc.
