The Football Empire just levelled up. After finally cracking the Premier League top half with Sunderland, we’ve added our first expansion club – Belgium’s Standard Liège – and the empire is starting to take shape.

But there’s more to come. Season 3 is our first taste of true multi-club management, with transfers, tactics and inter-club moves to get both squads ready for the year ahead. And partway through the episode, something unexpected happens that changes everything...
