This video is not as much about cooking from the past as it is from using my old chamber Stove from 1950. This was my grandmother Stove and I still love it more than anything that I’ve ever cooked done. To my amazement, it’s never been broken and just keeps on cooking. I’m also using an old cooking pan of my grandfather. That was a chef in World War I and when he came home from the war, he made his career chef. Working in some of the biggest country clubs in the Chicago area and one of my favorite Butterfield country club. I’m making an omelette here and filling it with a few vegetables and turkey, adding some cheese, and bringing it all together. Of course I’m gonna top it off with that KarenKave chili kickstart with a little sour cream, chives, and cheese. I call it my midday protein burst topped off with healthy and clean sauce.
