Thank you for tuning into today’s video. I had a gynecologist appointment this morning, and the rest of the day I spent working from home. This is honestly what my life looks like right now—I’m at home most of the time.
Lately, I’ve been trying to explore new hobbies and find things that genuinely keep my mind engaged, because we all know an idle mind is the devil’s workshop, and depression definitely hates a moving target. It’s not something that changes overnight, but in the meantime, I’ll keep turning the camera on myself and sharing the journey here on Journeyandbooks.
