Описание: Today I’m taking you along for a cozy fall day in my life 🍂. I started the morning by baking my favorite pumpkin oatmeal muffins. You can get the recipe below!

After finishing up packaging a couple more THS planners to ship out, I headed to Johnson City, Tennessee for a haircut—which didn’t exactly go as planned ✂️😅💀

After that, I'm taking you with me to one of my favorite antique stores, browsing the booths and going on a little treasure hunt for vintage home decor. And then at the end I'm sharing my antiquing haul for the day.

It was one of those busy, ordinary days that reminded me how God weaves blessings into even the unexpected moments. 💛

Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup cooking oil (I typically use olive oil)

*Optional add-ins: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, or 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together, just until combined.
4. Divide batter between 12 greased muffin tins.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!

Note: These freeze beautifully — just wrap individually and reheat in the microwave.
