Tony, Cass, Bill along with John and Devils Slide Doug launched at Rodeo Beach north of San Francisco and headed out for some rock garden action near Point Bonita.
There is a shot in the middle of the video that shows the hazards of rock gardening in an area exposed to the open ocean. Where we experienced one of those one wave sets that sneaked around the corner after we had been out for over 2 hours already, without one wave catching us off guard. We spent 5 hours in this area that day and its was about an 8sec day. That's 2249 waves without a problem, but all it takes is one
