Here is the simple yet elegant ideas to make or host romantic dinner at home!
Menu:
Drink- watermelon juice
Starters-soya kababs(veg recipe) served with chutney and salad
Main course- chicken tikka masala served with jeera rice and roti
Dessert- mini strawberry Cheesecake (heart shaped)

Recipes
ingredients used:
For soya kababs
4 cups soya chunks
1/2 cup Chana daal (soaked for at least 2 hrs)
1small potato
2dried red chili
Whole garam masala:4-5 peppercorns,4-5 cloves,1bay leaf,1cinnamon stick small,1tsp cumin seeds,1green cardamom
1tsp salt
2cups water
Chopped onion 1/2
1-2 chopped green chili
1/2 inch chopped ginger
Cilantro
Garam masala powder and salt to taste

Chicken Tikka Masala
Marination
1/2 kg (1lbs approx) chicken breast cuts
3/4 cup yogurt
1tsp ginger garlic and green chili paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tbsp fenugreek leaves(optional)
1tbsp oil

Masala
2tbsp oil
1-1/2 medium size onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
3 tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin Powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1tsp sugar optional
2 tbsp fresh cream
Cilantro
