So this is about 5 music lessons I've been working on rolled into one piece. I loved playing this great spiritual on piano and decided to arrange it into examples of the parallel and relative minor scales. Verse 1 starts in G major, then v2 transposes to Em which is the relative minor. It then modulates to G minor which is the parallel minor scale of G major which results in a variation of the melody.
I also practice flatpicking arpeggios on the guitar, playing the piano in a falt key, practice my singing on v2 and playing slide guitar on v1 and 3. I just started learning slide. The intonation isn't bad but I have to work on getting better tone!
