Is Picking the Shell of a Seed Off a Seedling a Good Idea? (Helmet Head)

Описание: Should you pick the seed coat off a seedling? If it is outside, heck yes! If not, maybe, but you can wait a day or two to see if it will fall off on its own. Showing you our experiences and how to pick the shell of a seed off a new sprout.

The camera used to capture the sunflower pigeon action was a Wyze Cam v2. V2 wyze cams are not outdoor rated, but I’ve learned a lot this last week with them working full time outside, protected from the sun. Wyze offers outdoor rated cameras nowadays.

This was a very upsetting moment in our garden. I was checking in on our in-ground bed on the camera, when I noticed a new sunflower sprout wasn’t there anymore. Instead it was on the ground. I quickly looked back at the playback on the Wyze Cam to discover the culprit. A pigeon.

Once we got over our sadness and upset feelings, it’s kinda funny because what are the odds that a camera was right there only inches away and directly pointed at the scene of crime.
