This is my review of the Panther Chainsaw Mill, developed by Rob Dyer of http://www.chainsawbars.co.uk
We tested the 42 inch version of the mill, using an MS661 chainsaw from STIHL.
The bar is a 42 inch GB lo pro milling bar and was running 3/8 1.3mm ripping chain.
It is worth noting that although this chain is very narrow for that size saw, it cuts well, and when properly sharpened and looked after, will last as well as any chain.
The Panther Mill is a great bit of kit, and we have used chainsaw milling attachments for years. Everything that we didn't like about other makes of chainsaw mills, seems to be addressed with this model.

Please remember that chainsaws are a very dangerous tool and should be used with extreme caution, and tuition when necessary.
