Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. This is a 4 minute quads and hip flexors workout which I have paired with tabata music, for more structure and control. Follow me or go at your own pace.
Form and alignment over speed ALWAYS. It's a low impact tabata workout with no jumping, no euipment needed and a total quads finisher. Please feel free to combine it with other workouts to get a full body workout. What is Tabata?
Tabata is a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
Benefits of Tabata:
▶️ boosts metabolism
▶️ time-efficient
▶️ boosts aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels
▶️ increases lean muscle mass
▶️ raises heart rate
In this Quads and Hip Flexors workout:
⏲️ 20 seconds on at your full capacity, or as many as you can and,
⏲️ 10 seconds of rest.
Repeat this session as many times as needed to have a satisfying effect.
