Описание: Leaving the heritage streets of York, we point the bike east and roll into WA’s Wheatbelt country. Wide skies, quiet backroads and classic grain country set the tone for this two-up ride.
We pass through Meckering and stop at the Meckering Earthquake Memorial Park — a powerful reminder of the 1968 earthquake that reshaped this region. It’s a short stop, but one that adds real perspective to the ride.
From there it’s more open road, flowing farmland and proper Wheatbelt scenery as we continue through to Wyalkatchem, where we pull up for a relaxed picnic lunch.
Episode 1 sets the scene — steady riding, big country, and the start of another proper WA two-up motorcycle adventure.
